Aether Beta End User License Agreement (EULA)

By accessing or using the Aether Beta service (“Aether”), you agree to the following terms:

1. No Professional Advice

Aether is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should not rely on it for professional decisions. Always consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your actions and choices. Aether may influence your perspective, but any decisions you make remain your responsibility.

3. Limitation of Liability

Aether is an experimental beta service, provided without fees. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the greater of:
• the amount you paid for Aether (currently $0), or
• USD $100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

4. Content & Intellectual Property
• You retain ownership of your inputs.
• By using Aether, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, and use your inputs for product improvement, research, and investor/demo materials, provided we do so in anonymized or aggregated form.

5. Privacy & Data

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy [link]. Data may be stored, retained, or deleted in line with that policy.

6. Beta Disclaimers

Aether may change, suspend, or discontinue at any time without notice. Your participation is voluntary and at-will.

7. Governing Law & Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by Delaware law. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA rules, on an individual basis (no class actions).

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) and not located in jurisdictions restricted by U.S. export or sanctions laws.

9. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us are non-confidential and become our property.

10. Export & Sanctions

You may not use Aether in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
